Recent developments/projects • We have recently completed a residential subdivision, Belle Eden Estate, in November 2013 - a 25 lot subdivision including 500m of roads, all sewer, water reticulation and stormwater drainage. • Residential Subdivision Branyan by the River Stage 2. 30 lot subdivision including 900m of roads, all sewer, water reticulation and stormwater drainage. Installation of parklands and stormwater treatment devices. • Waste Transfer Station Upgrade for Bundaberg Regional Council. Including a 3m high retaining wall, hard stand area, rock boulder wall and safety fencing to top of wall. • The last 2 years we have been undertaking machine hire for both Abi Group and Lend Lease undertaking flood repair works to local roads. • Early Earthworks for Palmlakes Retirement Village High Care facility. Currently Undertaking • Friendlies Hospital new medical suites, we are undertaking all earthworks and road widenings . • Sanctuary Park Residential Subdivision • One Mile Crossing Stages 2B and 2C • Paddington Grove Stage 6 • New Market Place carpark at Scotland Street East Bundaberg • We also have  contracts with Bundaberg Regional Council to operate 3 of its waste facilities involving handling and compacting everyday refuse, sorting material for recycling, handling green waste and loading out mulch.

Types of Work undertaken by company • Roadworks   both   rural   roads   and   sealed   roads   including   kerb   and   channel, sprayed bitumen surfacing and asphalt surfacing. • Stormwater    drainage    -    rural    and    residential    including    headwalls    and associated pits and manholes. • Stormwater   treatment   devices   both   ready-made   and   also   devices   made   site specific. • Block   work   retaining   walls   (we   undertake   all   steel   work   and   footings   and   a qualified bricklayer/blocklayer does the wall). • Boulder    retaining    walls    (basically    bidum    placed    down    and    large    rocks stacked to form a wall). • Bridge   abutments   for   cane   railway   networks.   Includes   new   installations   and upgrades. • Pier holes, steel work and headstocks.Forestry roads and fire breaks . • Forestry.Intersection    Upgrades    for    both    private    and    commercial    entries onto Main Roads.
